Review of the Capital Project Procurement Process for Schools, BC

We were retained by the Ministry of Education as part of a team to review the process for defining major capital projects. Our role focused on the definition of capital projects through a process known as 'feasibilty studies'. We examined several recent projects to learn where problems were encountered. We also consulted with school district officials and others involved in the capital procurement process. Completed in 2007.
