Mount Royal College, Downtown Campus, Calgary, Alberta
Mount Royal College
We defined and compared the accommodation options available for the College's downtown campus. Our work included the detailed assessment of current utilization levels and estimate of future needs for the Faculty of Continuing Education and Extension. Our estimates focused on a five–year planning horizon, although we also addressed some broader issues associated with proposals for a more permanent downtown campus. Two viable options were identified: to remain in the existing building or to relocate to new leased space. The space required for the 'Move Option' was estimated at 4315 m2. Completed in 1989.
