North Rutland Schools, Kelowna, BC
School District 23 (Central Okanagan)
We prepared a service delivery plan for schools in the Rutland area of Kelowna. This included the exploration of redevelopment and replacement options for two existing elementary schools. Our work involved the study of community growth, enrolment forecasts, and estimates of space requirements. Completed in 1994.
