We compared the costs and benefits of three development options for a junior secondary school. Option 1 proposed the renovation and expansion of the existing facilities. Option 2 proposed replacement of the existing school on the existing site. Option 3 proposed the renovation and expansion of facilities on another site. Completed in 1994.
